Introduction
By using the services of Excelsior Studios, including scheduling consultations or events through Acuity Scheduling, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and all interactions with us.

Services
Excelsior Studios offers creative direction, project management, music supervision, event production, and other related services (collectively referred to as "Services"). Full descriptions of these services are available on our website.

Booking & Payments:

A project deposit may be required at the time of booking a consultation, which is processed through Acuity Scheduling and is non-refundable once paid.

The payment methods accepted for booking services are via Acuity Scheduling’s payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or Square).

The full payment for the project is due before the completion of the project, with any remaining balances due on the timeline set forth in the Creative Brief/Project Plan.

Consultations & Creative Brief:

After booking a consultation, you will receive a Creative Brief/Project Plan outlining the scope, timelines, and details of the project.

By approving the Creative Brief/Project Plan, you commit to the project terms, including the service delivery and timelines.
Refund Policy:
At Excelsior Studios, we strive to provide excellent services and ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the work we produce. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy.

All deposits paid for consultations are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot for the consultation, and preparation is done specifically for your scheduled time.

If the project is canceled after the approval of the Creative Brief/Project Plan, the client may request a partial refund of any amounts paid, minus a 15% administrative fee, to cover time spent on work completed up to the point of cancellation request.

If you have hired us for event production services, any deposit or payment made to third parties secure event dates is non-refundable. Once the event plan is finalized and the services are scheduled, cancellations for those services will not receive a refund.

In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that requires the cancellation of the event by Excelsior Studios, a full refund will be issued for any amount paid for services not yet rendered.
Late Cancellations or Reschedules:

If a consultation is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided for the deposit. If rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment, the deposit can be applied to the new date with no penalty.
Disputes:

Any disputes regarding the quality of services rendered must be reported within 7 days of project completion. We are committed to working with clients to resolve any issues and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns raised.

Clients who feel that the service has not been performed as agreed upon may be offered a revision or credit toward future services at Excelsior Studios' discretion, but no refunds will be granted.

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment for services, the client will have ownership of all deliverables created for the project.

Excelsior Studios retains the right to showcase the project for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability:
Excelsior Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold Excelsior Studios harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses.

Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Amendments to These Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated.
